"Growing up in a family where fitness was a daily ritual, my journey began at the gym, watching my mother transform lives as a personal trainer and strength coach. This early exposure instilled in me a profound respect for the discipline and the transformative power of physical health."

"My passion for fitness deepened as I evolved into a high-level athlete, later honed by bodybuilding and the discipline and intensity within the Canadian Military. These experiences not only peaked my physical capabilities but also my ability to lead, educate, and motivate others in the realm of physical fitness."
