Hi, I'm Mason Stoddard
If you’ve landed on this page, you might already know a bit about me. But, in case you don’t, I have to say I’m not a trainer who sits behind a computer thinking up new workouts.
I'm in the gym every day, hands-on, working side by side with real people who are eager for real results.
My clients come from all walks of life—from the vibrant 76-year-old staying active, to the ambitious 22-year-old college athlete pushing for peak performance. This diverse group, which includes professional athletes, junior athletes, busy parents, and many wonderful individuals living everyday lives, has deeply enriched my understanding of a wide array of fitness needs and challenges.
My training approach, which I call 'alternative bodybuilding,' is the way I train myself and it combines bodybuilding with athletic explosive power training.
I wear my heart on my sleeve and treat others how I’d want to be treated. I am deeply passionate about fitness, my faith, and the success of my clients both inside and outside the gym.
